Cigarettes: Residents are not to
dispose cigarette butts in the landscaping outside of their
apartment, patio or deck. We would like to ask for your cooperation
in ensuring that you and your guests are utilizing an ashtray and
disposing of debris in an appropriate manner as well as keeping
your area in a clean, neat and orderly
manner.
Trash:
Must be disposed of in the designated dumpster areas. Forbes Creek
is a protected habitat. Trash that is left outside of entrances or
up against dumpster areas will attract wild animal such as;
Raccoons, Rats/rodents, Ants, Flys, Crows and
Coyotes.
Noise/Smoke: With Spring approaching
and residents opening their windows and relaxing outdoors, we ask
that residents be courteous of others. Keep loud music and voices
down to an acceptable tone. Be aware of others when smoking a
cigarette or grilling it front of neighboring
doors/windows.
Patios and
Breezeways: In an effort to maintain the beauty of our
community we encourage residents to keep their entries, balconies
and patios neat and orderly. Miscellaneous objects such as;
trash cans, furniture, bikes, toys or other large items are not to
be stored around your front door. Kirkland fire department wishes
that all breezeways be clear for any emergency they might
encounter.
